Due to the delicate nature of transporting artwork, returns or exchanges are not offered on original artworks for change of mind. All artwork is handled with great care during the packing and shipping process.
In the unlikely event of your order being damaged in transit, please:

Photograph the packaging before opening the delivery.

Photograph the damaged artwork inside the packaging.

Contact us within 7 days via email (info@tranquiltextures.com.au) with these photos so the issue can be resolved.
Claims for damaged items will be handled promptly. Outcomes may include replacement with an artwork or commission of equal value or a full refund, depending on the situation.
